Kirstie is a Senior Mortgage Broker with more than 10 years of experience in the finance and lending industry. She works closely with home buyers, property investors and clients looking to refinance, helping them understand their options and navigate the lending process with confidence. With a strong focus on personalised service and practical advice, Kirstie takes the time to understand each client's circumstances and find lending solutions aligned with their property and financial goals.

Credit Analyst

Angelika Malinao

Angelika is a Credit Analyst with over 8 years of experience in mortgage lending and credit assessment. She specialises in helping clients navigate complex lending scenarios, including self-employed borrowers, expat lending, SMSF lending and trust structures. With a strong understanding of lender policy, credit risk and loan structuring, Angelika works closely with brokers, lenders and clients to deliver tailored lending solutions and a seamless application experience.

Outside of work, Angelika enjoys hiking, solving puzzles and participating in social and community activities.

Credit Analyst

Grace Giray

Grace brings extensive finance experience to her role as a Credit Analyst at hfinance. Before joining the team, she worked as a Team Leader and Senior Underwriter for a consumer lending company, developing strong expertise in credit assessment, loan underwriting and responsible lending. She has also worked as a Project Manager in marketing, strengthening her skills in AI, project coordination, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Outside of work, Grace is a solo parent to her son, a musician and an avid reader.

Joselle Balance

As Marketing Manager at hfinance, Joselle supports the development and delivery of the brand's digital marketing, content and online presence. She works across website strategy, content development, digital campaigns and communications to help make complex finance topics clearer, more accessible and engaging for clients.
